Alice Shepard Fuller Suggs, 78, of Rockingham, passed away, Sunday, October 25, 2020, at the Hermitage Retirement Center, Rockingham.
She was born in Richmond County, May 23, 1942, daughter of Thomas L. Shepard and Gracie Thompson Shepard.
Alice was a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church and a woman that loved her church. She was always wearing a smile and enjoyed being with her friends and family. She previously worked at Sara Lee.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Suggs, Jr. of the home; daughters, Patricia Wood (Willie) of Rockingham and Lisa Tate (Donnie) of Orlando, Fl.; sons, Terry Fuller (Evelyn Driggers) of Rockingham and Bert Fuller (Tammy) of Rockingham; grandchildren, Joshua Lee Fuller (Heather Campbell) of Rockingham and Brandon Matthew Fuller (Tara) of Shallotte; two great-grandchildren, Willow Fuller & Misa Fuller; step-children, Penny Warren (Allen), Freddy Suggs, Jesse Suggs (Sue), Susan Freeman (Richie) and Nathan Hoover (Krystin); and step-grandchildren, Dylan Freeman (Laura) and Zack Freeman.
