Frances Louise Tilley Mills, 70, of Hamlet, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at Hamlet House.
She was born March 7, 1950,in Richmond County, daughter of Andrew Tilley and Viola Webster Tilley.
Frances was a member of Abundant Life Church, which she loved! She was very outgoing and enjoyed the outdoors.
A Private Service will be held by her family.
Survivors include her daughter, Tina Tilley of Rockingham; son, Timothy Lassiter (Cindy) of Hamlet; brothers, James Tilley and Freddy Tilley both of Rockingham; sisters, Brenda Prevatte of Rockingham, Cathy Tilley of Enterprise, Alabama and Shelby Brongdon of Lexington; three grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
