Obituary for Frederick "Fred" Monroe Brizendine Jr.
Frederick “Fred” Monroe Brizendine, Jr., 73, of Sycamore Street, Hamlet, passed away, Thursday, December 26, 2019, at his residence.
He was born in Richmond County October 25, 1946, son of Frederick M. Brizendine, Sr. and Alberta Covington Brizendine.
Fred was a veteran of US Army and a former carman for CSX Railroad.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Harrington Funeral Home from 10:00-11:00 AM.
The Funeral will begin in the Chapel at 11:00 AM; Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Emma Lois Ross Brizendine; brothers, Billy and Marshall Brizendine; and daughter, Ganell Singletary.
He is survived by his sons, Mark McDonald of Hamlet and Michael Brizendine of Troutman; and sister, Kay Konopasek of Rockingham.
