James "Jimmy" McDonald Stewart, Jr., 77, of Hamlet, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Richmond Pines, Hamlet.
Jimmy was born August 16, 1944, in Hamlet, son of the late James McDonald Stewart, Sr. and Margaret Greene Stewart.
He served in the National Guard and worked in maintenance with Hood Packaging prior to retirement. He was a former member of First Baptist Church, Hamlet.
Jimmy was predeceased by his parents; a son, Kevin Miller Stewart; and a sister, Carol Stewart.
He is survived by his brother, Roger Stewart (Debbie) of Hamlet and sister, Debbie Todd (David) of Rockingham.
Services are being planned for a later date.
