Jennifer Jernigan Neal, 40, of Rockingham, passed away Friday, July 15, 2022 at her residence.

She was born July 3, 1982, in Columbus County, daughter of Jimmie Ellis Jernigan and the late Linburgh Jernigan.

Jennifer was a genuinely sweet person and would help anyone if she could. She loved to cook and loved animals, but her greatest love was her children, Rebecca and Daniel.

She was preceded in death by her father, Linburgh Jernigan.

Jennifer is survived by her children, Rebecca Lynn Neal and Daniel Bryan Neal, both of the home; mother, Jimmie Ellis Jernigan of Rockingham; cousins, Carl and Arlene Gordon, and Earl Gordon; and in-laws, Clarence R. Neal, III and Nancy Neal of Marshville.

The visitation will be Thurday, July 28, 2022 from 2:00-3:00pm at Harrington Funeral Home.

The memorial service will follow the visitation beginning at 3:00pm in the chapel of Harrington Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Saleeby officiating.
