Obituary for Phyllis Bryant Sanders
Phyllis Bryant Sanders, 71, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at her residence.
She was born October 31, 1950, daughter of the late Thomas Columbus Bryant and Louise Bethea Bryant.
Mrs. Sanders worked previously in quality control with Abbott Laboratories. She loved to assemble puzzles and was an avid reader of spiritual books.
She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband, James Alec Sanders, of the home; sons, James Vance Tyner, Jr. and Timothy Michael Tyner, of Wilmington; step-daughter, Angela Dorey, and husband, John, of Rockingham; sisters, Patricia Mann, of Lake Alfred, FL, Elizabeth Gentry, of Rowland, and Teresa Bryant, of Laurinburg; and seven grandchildren.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Sanders family.
