Tonya Michelle Batton, 44, Rockingham, passed away, Sunday, January 19, 2020, at Cape Fear Valley Hoke Hospital, Raeford.
She was born January 20, 1975, in Fayetteville, daughter of Jo Ann Dubisky and Larry Mitchell Batton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fernando Espinoda Toledo; and her father, Larry Batton.
Survivors include mother Jo Ann Wilson of Rockingham; grandfather, Joseph C. Dubisky of Florida; daughters, Rita Davis (Oscar Fajardo) of Anderson, SC, Courtney Swails (Bryan) of Cordova, and Elvira Toledo of Rockingham; sons, John Davis of Hamlet, Travis Gibson (Kayla) of Rockingham and Alex Toledo of Rockingham; brother, Larry M. Batton, Jr. of Rockingham; and nine grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 2:00 PM, at Maple Street Free Will Baptist Church, Rockingham.
