Tommy Brian Kempen, 46, of Rockingham, passed away, as a result of an automobile accident, Thursday, May 7, 2020, in Loris, SC

Tommy was born in Hamlet, NC, December 4, 1973, son of Jeffrey A. Kempen and Vickie Ammons Kempen.

He was a welder by trade, enjoyed fishing and music, especially playing his guitar. He was a loving son, brother and father.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey A. Kempen; and his son, Tommy Kempen, Jr.

Survivors include his mother, Vickie Kempen Davis of Rockingham ; step-father, Ronnie Davis of Rockingham; maternal grandmother, Virginia Harrelson of Rockingham; daughter, Tabitha Kempen of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Chris Kempen (Amanda) of Rockingham; sister, Quston Livingston (Morris) of Conway, SC; and grandson, Colton Locklear of Spartanburg, SC

Tommy you were allways a friendly man . I remember you coming to my house jumping in the pool saying cut the music up, and also all the times you and your little family made me smile Kelly TJ Tabatha and you. You will be missed . Sorry your time own earth is over. The gates of Heaven opened and God welcomed you home. You and TJ are arm in arm.
